All purchases are subject to the following
Terms and Conditions:
- The customer is responsible
for the content and addressing of the greeting card. ReallyTrueCards
does not accept any responsibility for formatting, spelling
or addressing errors.
- Each greeting card purchased is uniquely personalized
according to the customers specifications entered through
ReallyTrueCards website and therefore not subject to any
refund or exchange.
- Payment for greeting cards is made in US Dollars. After
accepting an order ReallyTrueCards will mail/ship the
greeting card as soon as possible and at least within
48 hours. ReallyTrueCards is not responsible for any delays
in the delivery of the greeting card.
- Due to the differences in nature of computer displays
and printed matter, the greeting card images and colours
shown on the website are approximately matched with the
printed greeting card. In case of receiving a damaged
card the customer is responsible for written notification
to ReallyTrueCards within 10 working days, otherwise ReallyTrueCards
is not responsible for any replacement.
- For any and all claims the maximum liability of ReallyTrueCards
is limited to the invoice price of the greeting card purchased
by the customer.
- This agreement is in accordance with US Federal Law
and any disputes between ReallyTrueCards and the customer
are to be dealt within the jurisdiction of the Law Courts
Of the state of Florida, US.
The customer’s statutory rights are not affected
by these terms and conditions.
